I am new to the Fitbit family and have a black Fitbit flex. I followed the instructions given and charged my fit bit, placed it into the band, turned on Bluetooth, and began trying to connect. Hasn't connected yet, after 4 hours of working on it. Please help!

A warm welcome to the Community @Gibson_11six. If you are having problems in the setup process, I recommend restarting your Flex by following @SunsetRunner's instructions and after this, confirm that you are following the setup procedure from your iOS Fitbit app.
