Hey there,
I've read through many of the message boards on this already to try and troubleshoot on my own. I've tried deleting and reinstalling the app, turning bluetooth on and off on my phone, and have even now purchased a NEW flex, thinking maybe my old one was the problem. I can't even get the new one to connect to my phone (connects fine to the computer). Can someone please help me get one of my Flex devices to work with the app??? I re-downloaded the app most recently today (version 2.17) when trying to set up the new Flex. I used to love using my FitBit but I'm so frustrated! Please please help!!
