Food D/B search fail - My Fix

Replies are disabled for this topic. Start a new one or visit our Help Center.

On iPhone/Wifi:  Typed a food in search box, immediate "no data" result.

Following previous fixes I logged out and upon logging back in received "SSL error, unable to ... something or other...".

Cluebird landed:  Turned off Wifi (company network) and used cell data to log in successfully, then search worked BUT ONLY WITH WIFI OFF.

Interesting and can probably help someone so here ya go.  I love the Charge 2 (does it REALLY have an altimeter built in??)

Hi there @MDepFL, welcome aboard to our Community. Thank you for bring this up and this is very odd as it should let you search food either with cell data or with Wi-Fi.

Have you tried to search food with the app using a different Network?

Sometimes has to do with the protocols configured on the router. To give you an example , in the network of my job, since is require to a highly secure network for the information is handled, it wont let me to access to certain features of my phone's app. So it might be a reason.

If this is not the case, then I recommend to review if you have the most updated version of the Fitbit app if you haven't update it recently. Click here to be redirected to the iOS App Store.

About the Charge 2 I recommend to visit our forum dedicated for the new tracker, so you can received an opinion of the users who have try already the new tracker. I wasn't able to test the new Charge 2 but I can tell you that the Charge 2 has altimeter as any of the other trackers that can read floors.

Hope this helps and see you arond.
