Hi there @PiperJoy, welcome aboard to our Community. If you are not able to see your step tile and you set it up your tracker already on your Fitbit account. Go to your Fitbit app and in the right upper corner you'll see the word "Edit" Tap here and you will have access now to all your available tiles.
Make sure the step tile is selected and when you have finish press "Done"
