My first surge was faulty so i returned it and got a new one. I try setting it up with my iphone 7s as a new fitbit after i dicarded the infomation from the first one. It is telling me error 403 and wont set of the fitbit.

Hi there @Shellyknockout, let me start by giving you a warm welcome to our Community. I wonder how it goes, were you ale to set up your new Surge? I got the feeling the issue was resolved but I just want to make sure everything is working fine and give follow up with you.

 

Usually this error is due to our servers can't be reach and is just matter to try again as this post from @EdsonFitbit is mentioning.
