Food Log doesn't show last logged food

I have he iPhone 6S and Charge HR. All are updated. When I log my food in the app, it doesn't show the last logged food. I end up logging municipal water to add a zero calorie food that will then make the missing food show again because it's technically not the last logged food. This is really annoying. Please fix.

Welcome to the Fitbit Community @JM22, hope you're doing great today! Have you tried to log your food on the website? Currently we're having issues on the app, but you can definitely log your food on your Dashboard online.

I haven't tried to log from a dashboard because I don't use a regular computer. I can only use the app so this is frustrating.

Hey there @JM22 thanks for the update my friend! Robot HappyPlease know our engineering team is already working to fix this issue and hopefully they'll find a solution to this as fast as they can. In the meantime my best advise would be to follow @MarreFitbit's suggestion to log any food using your computer since you'll not find any issues in there.

Having same problem. Your web site and yours Windows 10 app do not offer the LOG AND ADD MORE option and never have, at least since I've been using them. This has only been availaable on my Fitbit Android app and it is no longer available there.

Marie, it's not a matter of adding foods...that is still available. It's the feature whereby you can hit the button LOG AND ADD MORE on the Android app, and it used to remember the other food items you have eaten in the past with the item you are about to log. Get it?

I agree with the others that this is a problem.  It used to be with the Log and Add more feature you would not have to search as hard for stuff.  If I had French Fries at the Bowling Alley and logged them and hit Log and Add More then it would give me the option of BLT which I often eat with the French Fries.  The best part of that was I could consistently use the same BLT because when you type BLT there are so many listed it can be hard to remember which one you used last time.

 

Another example would be when I would have crackers with cheese and turkey.  I would have all three for breakfast in the morning.  So I would log the crackers and hit Log And Add More and it would show the cheese and the turkey as choices.  So I would choose the Cheese and then it would offer Crackers and Turkey where I could choose the Turkey.  And again not have to worry about choosing the same one each time.
