Food Tracker Not Saving Input Info

Replies are disabled for this topic. Start a new one or visit our Help Center.
I am logging my food in the app, applying it to the correct meal, and saving it, but it is not actually saving. I've quit the app and restarted it several times on my iPhone, but it is still not saving the information. Any ideas on a resolution for this issue? It is also not saving any of the custom foods I input, but previous custom foods are showing up. Basically, it acts as if nothing has happened at all. HELP?

Hello @MollieGirl, I've noticed you are new around so let me give you a warm welcome to our Community. It's been a few days since you commented this and I wonder how it goes so far?

It was released a new version of the Fitbit app recently and I bet you already updated the app, so I wont recommend this. Nonetheless if the issue persist it might be require to force quit the app.

The best for this scenarios is to log out from your Fitbit app.

1. Double tap the home button on your iOS device. Your open apps will show on your device's screen.
2. Close the Fitbit app by swiping the app image in an upward motion.
3. Reopen the Fitbit app and sign back in.

Keep me posted how it goes and hope this helps.

Food input does not save since newest upgrade. Only scanned bar codes work. Any ideas?  I logged off closed the app and logged back in and no improvement to functionality. ???? Please help!

Thanks.
