Food & water Logs Disappearing

I already did a search but the solution says the update app. My app is already updated as well as my phone.

Everything looks like it's logging and then suddenly it disappears or if I go back to look at it the next day it is gone.

I tried  logging out and clearing the app. That did not work I even restarted my phone and that did not work.

This seems like an ongoing issue with the app.   Has there been any real solution that has worked long term ?

It seems silly to need a separate app to log food and water.

Not really sure how but the issue has been resolved. On the 11th there was an update to the Fitbit iOS version. Guessing that update fixed it.

Hello @Lavindermoon, have a warm welcome to the Fitbit Community, it's great to have you on board. Smiley Happy

This seems like a very odd situation but in order for me to check this further I would like to ask you for some screenshots of what you're able to see inside the Water and Sleep tiles. Please remember that when you're inside the app, only the Main Tile (steps, distance, calories burned, floors and active minutes) will display information from previous days when you swipe right. The other tiles will only show Today's information.

Thanks for your patience and understanding, I'll be waiting for your reply! Smiley Wink
