Food log not working correctly

For some reason, in the past 3-4 days, every time I log in just 1 meal (3-500 calories max), the app will say that I’ve reached my goal for the day when I know I haven’t. I’ve tried deleting and reinstalling the app but nothing’s changed. Help.

Thanks for the details shared on your post and for the troubleshooting steps tried prior posting. To further investigate please confirm if the same happen when you go to your fitbit.com dashboard. If possible, take a screenshot of what is displayed in the Fitbit app and attach it in your post.

 

In the meantime, please give a try to the following:

 

  1. Log out from the Fitbit app.
  2. Force quit the Fitbit app and reboot your phone.
  3. Log back in to your Fitbit account.
  4. Sync your device and check your details one more time.
