Food logging issues

Hi,

My Versa is not allowing me to save my food entries. I write it in and it automatically deletes everything and keeps adding a random food which I have never entered/eaten before. Can someone advise me why this is? I have logged in and out and turned my phone off numerous times, and it is not helping.

Thanks

There's a bug with food logging at the moment. Keep an eye on the following thread which has the latest updates from fitbit: https://community.fitbit.com/t5/iOS-App/Issues-with-food-input-on-iOS-2-53/td-p/2825777

iOS update today. Now scanned bar codes drastically incorrect (scans as bread, but saves as pizza?!), some won’t save, GPS horribly inaccurate on three hikes today (like 50 miles away)

Hi @BabbsOT

This is on a banner at the top of the forums:

"We are aware of an issue which is causing irregularities with food logging on iOS 2.53. While we investigate, we recommend iOS users log food via the fitbit.com dashboard. Visit this discussion for updates. "
