Food not logging and female health data wiped

I managed to log my breakfast details with no issues this morning but from lunchtime onwards I cannot log any more food details.

whatever i select from the food lists it won’t save, it lets me select and then disappears.

I’ve restarted app and phone (iPhone) and it’s still not logging.

I can add water and increase items I’d already added, like my tea but can’t add.

Also, All my female health data has disappeared.

please help!

Update, my inspire hr is now not syncing with my iPhone (11pro max).

I have followed all trouble shooting steps, restated phone and Fitbit, turned Bluetooth on and off, forced close app etc. Fitbit device can no longer be found by phone either.

latest software is on phone and app, it says there is an update available for inspire hr but it won’t update as Bluetooth not turned on (it is)

please help

@Bethhayes78 Have you tried removing the food logging tile from the dashboard and re-adding it?  You can remove it by hitting the "edit" button on the dashboard and hitting the "X" next to the tile.  Then, to re-add the tile, you go to Discover > Health and Fitness Stats > and then add the Food tile back.  I'd recommend you do this to your female health tracking as well.

Thanks, have done this but still no luck.

Still can not sync watch and phone so I have no data from sleep, steps or exercise

Fixed all issues, deleted app from phone and reinstalled. Luckily it did not delete my data from the past few months.
