As I go through all the screens on my phone app of Fitbit charge 2 I keep noticing that it tells me to set up a food plan. What's a food plan? Is it simply a calorie goal or a weight loss goal? Do you have a cross reference of sources for actual diets that would be high in protein and very low in carbs or whatever? If you just search food plan it doesn't tell you what food plan means. At least I haven't run across a definition for a food plan yet. Maybe there really is no such thing and if that's the case it might not be appropriate to use that phrase as a directive.

Good morning, @st3hess. Tap Here for information on food plans. I currently use an iPhone and iPad. The iPhone app does not seem to allow me to log food. It just shows the total calories for food logged vs calories burned,
However, if I use my Safari browser on the iPad and go to Fitbit.com to see my dashboard, and tap LOG at the top:
I can track my food.
Hope this helps.
