Food tile in Home Screen not updating

If you add food in the food applet and then return to the Home Screen, the Home Screen >Food Calories Today value isnt updated with the latest calorie additions. Quit the Fitbit app and restart and then the update shows.

I’m using Fitbit on iPhone. Don’t recall exactly but this broke in the last week or so.

I am having the same issue on android. It appears to have started at some point today for me. Food calories are not updating on home screen. I have tried quitting and restarting the app but the problem still remains. 

Could admins please advise.
