I have an iphone X and I cannot load food on the app. Foods that I previously have loaded are fine. But anything new that I scan or try to search wont load so that I can track my calories. I’ve checked and all updates are completed

Hello @Helmore, thanks for joining the Fitbit Community, it's great to have you on board.
Thanks for bringing this situation to my attention, I appreciate you have already checked everything is updated on your phone. At this moment I would like to suggest you the following:
- Force-quit the app by pressing the home button on your phone twice, then swipe up the app. Open it again and check if you're now able to log foods. If not:
- Log out from the app, restart your phone and log back in, then check again.
