Can you provide step by step on how to forget this fitbit.

Hi @our3cats and welcome to the forum. Are you looking to remove a Fitbit device from your account in the Fitbit app? If yes, here are your steps. Naturally, you should sync your device first to preserve any data. 

• From the Fitbit app on your iPhone:
  • Tap Account at the top, left corner then tap the name of the Fitbit device 
  • Scroll down until you see Remove This _____ (name of your device). Tap it.
• Next, open Settings on your iPhone:
  • Find the name of your Fitbit device
  • Tap the circled “i”
  • Tap Forget This Device

I'm not sure what your asking @our3cats or what the issue is.

If you want to stop using your Fitbit tracker, then follow @SunsetRunner's instructions.

If you have been told to forget the device, because the tracker will not sync.

• Open your phones bluetooth list of trusted bluetooth devices
• Remove the Fitbit tracker
• You have now told the phone to forget the tracker.
