So I have the oldest Fitbit flex. It was not syncing to the app. In fact the app said to device found. This has happened several times so far so I didn’t panic. I remembered someone saying to unpair the Fitbit and it would get better. I unpaired it, and now, it won’t pair back up. I have an iPhone 7, is that contributing? Is it possible that water could have damaged it when I was washing my hands? The lights still blink.

Hi @PocketHime - The Flex was released in 2013. I’m not sure it’s still compatible with the iOS required for the newer Fitbit devices. You can try contacting Support. They will know for sure.

Unpairing the Flex is done through your phone's bluetooth.

You removed the Flex from your Fitbit account.
We still need to fix the sync issue before we can set up the flex as a new device @PocketHime .
I would look at the help guide for iOS sync issues.
