Forgetting to start or stop an exercise

I've found myself 1/2 way through an exercise session and realized that I forgot to start it.  I've also finished an exercise and then (an hour later) discovered that I forgot to stop it.

Can use the dashboard to adjust when an exercise session started or stopped?

If not, any tricks for remembering to start/stop the exercise session?

If it matters, I'm using a charge 2.

Thanks,

PBD

It's not possible to edit the exercise if it's tracked from the tracker itself.

If heart rate is set to on or automatic, even if not tracking the exercise seperately, the heart rate is still taken into account for a more accurate estimation of how much energy your body uses for survival. For doing everything you do (it's magic) Heart

Be aware if not logged the exercise from the tracker, if manually logging the exercise (on fitbit.com).. it overwrites any tracked data during that time (including heart rate,..).
