Are you getting an error while downloading or installing the app? If so, please restart your phone and try to download and install the app once again. If you're still getting an error message, please reply to me with a screenshot of it so I can check this further. Please remember that your iPhone 4S must be running iOS 8 version or newer for the app to function correctly.

I did have the IOS updates and after numerous tries, I was able to get the app to download. It's amazing after being found outside that it is working great. However, I'm concerned about losing this again because it fell off so much before. I don't think the clasp is real good. Do you know if there is any warranty or replacement? Thank you for responding.
