Friend Requests

Hello my name is Kieran I have a fitbit charge 2. I am a regular user of the Fitbit IOS app. Once my friend said she had requested me on the app but it did not show up. How do I see my friends request on the IOS app

Hi @Kieran_dmp. Glad you found us here. I'd be happy to help! First of all, please make sure you are on the latest version of the IOS Fitbit app. (Go to the App Store. Tap Updates at the lower, right corner.)

Then open the Fitbit app on your iPhone. At the bottom, right of the screen, you should see Notofications. Tap to open. You have two choices at the top of the screen - Notificarions and Messages. The friend request should be under Notifications. I sent you a friend request. Please see if it shows up for you. Let me know.

@Kieran_dmp  Tap on the Notifications in the lower right, then slide the bar to Messages.  You friend request should be there.
