My leaderboard froze yesterday afternoon, discrepancies with what was fine online. I reinstalled the app. Leaderboard is now gone, no friends at all, although everything is fine online. Advice, support?

This seems like a very odd situation, if everything is showing up correctly on the online Dashboard, it's possible that the information is not refreshing correctly between our servers and the Fitbit app. In this case I would like to suggest the following:

Hi @MarcoGFitbit thank you for the response. I have a case open now that's been pushed up to your tech team, after speaking with Support on Twitter and chat online - I've been communicating now via email -- and I've been told I'm not the only one with this issue. It's not a syncing problem - it may be a firmware bug. I've uninstalled, reinstalled, reset, rebooted, everything you can possibly do, but the issue is still there.
And like others, I'm still having problems with the hourly activity - my first hour keeps disappearing. Just a fyi!
