Friends not displaying on Fitbit iOS app

I re-installed my Fitbit app and my friends list looks to have disappeared. Please help

Hi

 

When not already done, feel free to log out / in to the fitbit app. This should refresh all data. Cat Embarassed

 

If it doesn't do the trick, does the issue occur when using wifi or mobile internet? Or on both?

Hi Mystique1,

thanks for your help. Unfortunately, I have already tried logging out and
in again but it hasn't resolved the issue.
This happens on both WiFi and 4G.
Can you please offer any other advice?

@Femilola Are you still having trouble viewing your friends? Can you let me know what you are seeing in place of your friends list?

It is still not working, I contacted Fitbit but they have not been able to
resolve.
Attached is what I get on my 'friends page'

Are you able to see your friends list on fitbit.com?

@Femilola Our team was investigating an issue where friends were not loading on the iOS app, but were visible on fitibit.com. This issue was resolved yesterday. 

If you still aren't seeing your friends, unfortunately, I'm not able to see your screenshot in your previous post. 

If you would like to share your dashboard, click the home and power button at the same time on your phone while in the app. Return to the Community, then post your screenshot by clicking "Photos" in the toolbar and import the image.
