I just realized that my Alta hasn't synced to my phone for the past month and a half!!! I've tried everything. I updated my software for my iPhone, deleted the app and reinstalled it, turned off my bluetooth and then turned it back on, and I even restarted the Alta itself. After I reinstalled the app it won't let me log in, but allows me to log in on my chromebook. Someone help!!!!!

Awesome troubleshooting
If the internet router is turned on a longer time, feel free to turn off and power on again. When not already done, feel free restarting your phone.
