Okay all I wanted to do was send an email with a suggestion for the next Fitbit firm update, but the only way of contacting this company is through Twitter, phone, or here. First of all I want to point out to the company that not everyone uses social media on a regular basis and not everyone has or wants to have a twitter account. With covid going on I am not even going on Facebook so why would I want another social media blasting me with unwanted info just to say hey, you know how you could make all models of your Fitbit’s better, have a setting that lets you know when the battery hits 5% so we can charge it before it dies... this is something that a simple email would be perfect for. Private, quick painless for everyone involved and most importantly for me, no social media.  I also want to add that it would be nice if it was made to where we could sync our fitbits with our phones even when we have no internet. This has screwed me camping more times then I can count because while I have a battery bank to take camping I have no internet on the side of the mountain so no way to fix the time when the battery unexpectedly dies.  I drain batteries, I cannot wear a regular watch because of this, having a rechargeable watch is the only way I can wear a watch. But because I drain batteries, the blaze battery that is supposed to last two weeks has only ever lasted three to four days. So the no warning and the internet to sync requirement has been a real problem.
