Hello there.

I would like to report that the fitbit is not allowing to change email.When you insert new email address and password,the blue line pops out that the email is changed and stuff,but after that when you refresh the site old email address shows instead of the new one.

Thanks for bringing this situation to my attention. If you have changed the email on your account recently, please follow these instructions for the changes to be reflected on your account:

 

  1. Go to your new email's inbox and check for a mail from Fitbit with the subject: Finish setting up your Fitbit account!
  2. Verify your new email with the link provided in the email.
  3. Go back to your online Dashboard and you will see the new email linked to your account. 

I hope this can be helpful, if for any reason you're not getting the verification email, please let me know so I can determine which steps we should take next. Additionally, if there's anything else I can do for you, please feel free to reply.

Same thing here,fitbit can't get there **ahem** together,yesterday sleep squal two or three days ago store was not working,is that the price of the fitbit?

Exacly the same thing happened to me yesterday,and i just left it like that.

This need to be fixed because my email were hacked and i was not able to chnage my fitbits profile email to my new one.This is very big issue.

I have same issue,tested it out.There is something wrong indeed with it.

Same here as well.I tought its the browsers foult but i tryed all my browsers,cleared cookies everything no luck so far,its is very important issue actually.This need to be fixed.

Hello dear fitbit!

I need to chnage my email as i lost password to my old one,but when i am trying to change my email nothing happens,the old email stays there,and i am just wondering whats going on?

Yesterday was the sleep grafic now ,this...One issue by other..

Overall i didnt had an need to chnage my email address but i tested it and the pals are right,emails are not able to chnage.
