I am tired of constantly receiving messengers from Men chatting me up. Fit bit is supposed to be a healthy platform to encourage each other to loose weight, not a dating site!!! 

If you refuse to allow us to delete messages, at least allow us to disable to message feature to not receive them at all! 

 

I am on my 3rd fit-bit, but really considering moving away from FIT BIT ALL TOGETHER as you do not CARE what the community is asking for. EVERY single time someone asks to delete messages, you merge it to the previous 1300 other requests, COME ON WHERE IS THE SERVICE?! 

 

FIT BIT does not care about there users and soon the users will all move to brands that do care.

I understand your frustration about inappropriate messages from individuals on the Fitbit App. They should not be able the send you a private message unless you have accepted them as a friend and they now appear on your friends list. If someone is being inappropriate you can certainly report their unwanted messages by swiping the message to the left and tap report. You can also delete them from your friends list to stop the behavior all together.

If someone is being inappropriate you can certainly report their unwanted messages by swiping the message to the left and tap report. You can also delete them from your friends list to stop the behavior all together.
