Get Active not updating steps

Steps on Get Active program are not syncing with steps on my Dashboard. Any suggestions?  The active minutes ARE syncing but steps are not.

Thanks for the details shared in your post. I understand your concern. Since your Fitbit device is syncing, I recommend getting in touch with Get Active program. Your wellness program administrator should be able to help you with this question. I appreciate your understanding.
