Hi,

 

Could you guys please get rid of the Surge ad that pops up when I open my Fitbit app?

Agree these ads are from Fitbit. I paid a lot of money for that Fitbit I don't understand why I have to also now get Deluge by ads. I'm going to see if the Better Business Bureau has anything to say about this

I have complained twice to Fitbit on line support regarding the advert pop ups. 

I believe they contravene the new European data protection laws. 

If I receive any further unsolicited advertising from Fitbit I will consider making an official complaint to the relevant authority.
