I recently upgraded from a Blaze to an Ionic. I passed the Blaze to my mother. Removed the Blaze from my account on my iPhone, and synced it to my mom’s account on her phone. However, the Blaze is still getting text and phone notifications from my phone (in addition to my Ionic). How can I permanently stop the Blaze from getting my notifications?

Hello @HyperAktive, I hope you're having a great day, it's a pleasure for me to welcome you to the Fitbit Community! Smiley Happy

Thanks for bringing this to my attention. At this moment, as you have already removed the Blaze from your account, I would like to ask you to go to your phone Settings > Bluetooth and check if the Blaze is still showing up here. If it is, tap on it and select "Forget this Device". This will remove the link between the Blaze and your phone and the Blaze will stop receiving your Notifications.

I hope this can be helpful, if there's anything else I can do for you, please feel free to reply.
