I just got my first Fitbit it’s a flex2. I charged it, downloaded the app but it just keeps searching. I turned off and on the Bluetooth cleared all other devices. It doesn’t show the Fitbit. I downloaded the new iOS 11.4.1. I deleted the Fitbit app and reloaded. Still nothing. What else can I do?

Try restarting your flex 2.
