Once again this crummy app is malfunctioning. The App gives error message Can't connect to Internet when there is noting wrong with the WiFi etc. I have to do a hard reboot of the phone to solve the problem.

Nothing but problem after problem with this poor app

Hello @DM58, I hope you're doing well, it's nice to see you around. Smiley Happy

Thanks for bringing this to my attention. When was the last time you updated the Fitbit app? When was the last time you updated the OS on your phone? Have you tried syncing with cellular data instead of WiFi? Does it give you the same error? At this moment I would like to ask you for a screenshot of the error you're getting so I can check this further.

Thanks for your patience and understanding, I'll be waiting for your reply.

Yeah, I'm seeing this too since a week or two on my iPhone, interestingly I upgraded to app version 2.48 on April 1st ...  For me, killing the FitBit app and restarting resolves the issue (sometimes waiting a couple of minutes works too). iPhone SE with iOS 11.3. My iPad with iOS 11.3 and app version 2.48 is fine though.
