I have an Alta HR. I do not see all my text messages. They only show up when certain people send me my text. For others it vibrates. But I do not get my messages. Is there a way to get them all.

I appreciate you have brought this situation affecting text messages to my attention. Please note that if text notifications were not working correctly you won't be able to receive any notification. The tracker does not choose which text notifications to send. If the tracker vibrates when you receive a text notification that means the notification has arrived to the tracker, if you're not able to see it, please turn your wrist, that will make Quick View to turn on the display. Sometimes, it's possible that the movement on the wrist is not detected by the tracker, in which case, I'd like to suggest to tap the screen to see the text notification.
