I got new iPhone 7.  How do I get old format back.... like the circle that showed my steps?

The latest version of the app doesn't allow you to swap between the 2 dashboard versions - you have to use the new one. I guess with the new phone it installed the latest version of the app.

Hello @Jeri9200, welcome to the Fitbit Community!

As @SteveH mentioned, it's not possible to swap between the 2 Dasboard versions. However, I was checking and found a suggested idea by @Lkpalmer to get the old version back. Feel free to vote for this idea and add your comment to show your support. This is the best way to make your voice heard!

I'll be around if you need anything else, keep me posted!

I got the circle dashboard back by backing up my old phone.  It didn't work when I just downloaded the app on the new iPhone.

Hello @Jeri9200, I hope you're doing well. Smiley Happy

It seems odd that when downloading the Fitbit app on your new phone the filling circles were not displayed as this is part of the new design. Nevertheless, I'm glad you're able to see them now, please remember to keep your app up to date so your tracker can sync properly as our team is constantly improving it. I would like to invite you to visit our Discussions board where you will find great tips and encouragement from other members.

If there's anything else I can do for you, feel free to reply! Smiley Wink
