Getting vibration notifications, setting is off

Since updating to iOS 7 on my iphone, my Alta had started vibrating for text messages. The notification setting for that is set to off, so why it's doing that, I don't know, and I do not want it to do that. I have calendar and calls set to on and they are both working fine.

Hmmm...this is very weird my friend, but let's do the following to correct this:

 

  • Turn off "Text Messages" from your Fitbit App
  • Log out of your Fitbit App
  • Force quit the App
  • Restart your Alta by following @CindyFitbit' steps
  • Turn off the Bluetooth
  • Shut off your phone and turn it on after 1-2 minutes
  • Turn on the Bluetooth
  • Log back into your Fitbit App
