Getting water reminders though the option is off

I’m using the Inspire 2. I use it solely as a step tracker, so I’ve disabled all other reminders (such as wellness, stress, hydration etc.) I’ve also deleted the apps from my Fitbit tile.
However, my Fitbit device is still vibrating every 5-10 minutes to tell me to log water, or to notify me that my water level is low,

I’ve tried adding the water app again and setting my goal water at 0ml - still reminding me.

I’ve tried enabling and disabling the reminder if the Heath and fitness tab - still reminding me!
I’ve tried setting my goal to 250ml and logging that I’ve got my target  - still reminding me!!
In fact my Fitbit was reminding me to drink water at almost midnight last night!’ And again as soon as I woke up this morning.
It’s driving me mad and it’s draining the battery! How can I fix this? Thank you!

@LotiLumps Welcome! It's great to see you around.

Thanks for the details shared in your post and for already trying to resolve the issue, I understand that this can be frustrating. I'd like to confirm if you have tried the following to turn off the reminders:

  1. In the Fitbit app, tap your profile picture, tap Inspire 2 and the Health & Wellness Reminders.
  2. Turn the reminder off.

If the issue still persists, let's try the following:

  1. Log out from the Fitbit app.
  2. Force quit the Fitbit app.
  3. Clear your iPhone cache: How to Clear Your Browser's Cache on an iPhone.
  4. Reboot your phone.
  5. Open the Fitbit app and log back into your account.

Hope this helps.
