Hi there @Needbighelp, good to see you around in our Community. Indeed there are a few bugs with the Goal Day personal best. In some occasions it does not received your personal best trophy or in other instance you don't received the Goal Day badge despite you have reached the goal as you can see on this thread. However our team is working on this and despite there isn't a timeframe of how much will take, our team is doing the best to came with a fix. So if you have something similar to this I appreciate your patience.
There was another user who experienced the same issue and I recommended to restart the app, perhaps you should take a look at this post and give it a try to see if it helps in your case. Also make sure you have the most recent version of the app by looking in your apps either on iOS app store or Google play.
