i have noticed that my step goal alerts haven’t been going off and I realized all my goals are not loading. Here is what I have tried
updated to 4.63 on iOS
signed out of account and back in
synced my fitbit
hard quit the app and reopen
uninstall and reinstall
I can’t believe the #1 feature for this app isn’t working? I keep seeing this bug reappear in this forum version after version. I may have to quit fitbit at this point if it can’t do its basic job.
I’m having this problem too. Additionally the time on the app is wrong. Tried updating Fitbit, uninstalling app, restarting phone.
when I go to goals, I see the 11 pm bed time goal but the bedtime won’t update from 5 pm.
it has all of a sudden a few days ago decided I go to bed around 3 am and wake up at 5 pm.
very frustrating

cleared the data
offloaded the app and reinstalled
updated the app and phone
restarted the fit bit
hard quit the app
signed out the app
got fit bit premium and it still isn’t working
nothing seems to be working - what is the solution to fixing this goals glitch
Best AnswerYeah it seems like an unfixable bug. I ended up opening a support ticket and sent them all the screenshots. It’s been sent to their tech team so it’s just a matter of waiting and hoping they fix it 😕

Best AnswerMy fitbit is pretty new too, but I had this issue with my previous watch so I’m pretty sure it’s the app. All the troubleshooting steps they had me do were focused on the app, not the watch
Best AnswerI just started using my Fitbit from using a smart ring to update the Fitbit app and see this issue as well, can you let us know if there’s any updates on fixing this, very disappointing as it’s a key feature…
