Goals Not Loading on App v4.63

 i have noticed that my step goal alerts haven’t been going off and I realized all my goals are not loading. Here is what I have tried

updated to 4.63 on iOS

signed out of account and back in

synced my fitbit

hard quit the app and reopen

uninstall and reinstall

I can’t believe the #1 feature for this app isn’t working? I keep seeing this bug reappear in this forum version after version. I may have to quit fitbit at this point if it can’t do its basic job.

I’m having this problem too. Additionally the time on the app is wrong. Tried updating Fitbit, uninstalling app, restarting phone. 
when I go to goals, I see the 11 pm bed time goal but the bedtime won’t update from 5 pm. 
it has all of a sudden a few days ago decided I go to bed around 3 am and wake up at 5 pm. 
very frustrating

Been having the exact same problem for a year tried everything to resolve it 

deleted app and reinstalled 

cleared the data 

offloaded the app and reinstalled 

updated the app and phone 

restarted the fit bit 

hard quit the app 

signed out the app 

got fit bit premium and it still isn’t working 

nothing seems to be working - what is the solution to fixing this goals glitch

Yeah it seems like an unfixable bug. I ended up opening a support ticket and sent them all the screenshots. It’s been sent to their tech team so it’s just a matter of waiting and hoping they fix it 😕

Well it’s slightly reassuring it’s not just me - sigh.
Has Fitbit said it was the app or the Fitbit?
It’s only a few months old and quite useless now

My fitbit is pretty new too, but I had this issue with my previous watch so I’m pretty sure it’s the app. All the troubleshooting steps they had me do were focused on the app, not the watch

I just started using my Fitbit from using a smart ring to update the Fitbit app and see this issue as well, can you let us know if there’s any updates on fixing this, very disappointing as it’s a key feature…

Updating this thread that I got an email saying the “higher technical team” is on it. No mention of when a fix will go in but it’s been elevated to the right people!

An update and also still a mystery …

The issues with my Fitbit and the time not being accurate on the Fitbit,
and therefore tracking being ruined, Appear to be fixed now that we are
back in Canada

There was only a two hour time difference and the app had to be deleted in
the watch reset once we arrived home

The Fitbit appears to be working fine now, but not having access to
information like sleep data and search for travelling is not cool. Hoping
that Fitbit can address this issue promptly

The latest fitbit iOS app update seems to have broken the calorie goal part of the app. The only option I seem to have at the moment is to set a fixed number of calories per day.

I’m on V4.65, and experiencing the same issue you described. It would be nice to have this issue resolved.
