Goals for Active Zone Minutes not saving

ANSWERED

As of a few days ago I noticed that the app was no longer saving my daily goals for active minutes. It's still tracking my active zone minutes but it seems to have defaulted my goal to 0. I've tried to readjust the settings to save another goal but it hasn't done anything. It also appears to have wiped out my history of daily goals. I've updated the app, restarted my Fitbit Luxe. I don't want to hard reset to factory settings though. How do I fix this?

Hi @jeansbeannie.  This is a new bug in the iOS app version.  It doesn’t matter what model you use.

I moved your post to the iOS app forum, a better fit.  I asked a moderator to file a bug report.

Try deleting the app from you iPhone and reinstall from the App store again.

I think this might be an issue similar to a few other discussions (see https://community.fitbit.com/t5/iOS-App/Zone-minute-Goal-stuck-at-0/m-p/5761383#M181798). As I mentioned in that thread, I was having the same problem. I deleted the app from my iPhone and then reinstalled it (I was already on the most recent version). Once I logged back in the zone minutes functionality came back.

Interestingly my previous zone minute setting was 60 minutes, when I logged back in this jumped to 3600 minutes. I edited this, changing it back to 60 minutes and this seems to be working fine now.
