Ever since upgrading my phone I’m unable to connect my Fitbit to utilize the gps from my phone. I’ve done everything but customer service says since iPhone 8 isn’t a supported device I have to wait. How much longer until this problem is corrected?
Best AnswerI’ve tried everything including talking to customer service. The iPhone 8 isn’t a supported device. I was hoping someone would be able to say when Fitbit would catch up to the Apple products release.
