It's not possible at the moment. However, a feature suggestion has been created for this and you might like to add your vote to it:

Thanks SteveH for the link to the feature suggestion post to link Fitbit with iPhones Health App.  I am astounded that Fitbit refuses to allow data to be shared with Apple Health app.  I have noted that 6,243 votes were cast to ask Fitbit to develop a link to iOS Health and 4,869 comments were left extoling Fitbit to provide this...they must be tired of reading posts, as you can no longer post comments to that thread.

My wife and I have had a Fitbits for the past 3 years and have been very happy with it, however, we are now looking for devices that can sync all of our health related info (steps, activity, blood pressure, weight, heart rate, etc) in one app and Fitbit is not a solution for this.  We are now in the market for a activity tracker that is compatible with iOS Health.  We will not be purchasing another Fitbit this holiday season.

Hello @RMask4u, thanks for joining the conversation, it's great to have you around the Fitbit Community. Smiley Happy

I understand your concern about the possibility of having iOS Health and Fitbit linked but as mentioned by @LizFitbit on the feature suggestion thread, even though this integration is not currently planned, with the launch of Fitbit Ionic, we now have the opportunity to allow third party developers to develop apps for the Fitbit App Gallery through our SDK.

I appreciate your understanding while we work to improve this experience, and encourage you to let me know if you have any additional feedback on this and other features. Additionally, if there's anything else I can do for you, please feel free to reply as well.

Hi @MarcoGFitbit,

Third party developer created integration is not in any way, shape, or form: a solution. One, because it does nothing to address those of us who are not interested in buying the Ionic. And two, for the existing third party iOS apps, the current limitations on the fitbit SDK prevent them from doing real time synchronization with Apple Health.

I received a fitbit as a gift and was disappointed to find out that it didn't support Apple Health out of the box. Being able to integrate and aggregate all my health devices information into a single dashboard is important. This feels very anti-consumer and as much as I've been loving my Charge2 so far, unfortunately it looks like I will have to look for other options that do support Health integration when it comes time to replace it. I sincerely hope fitbit reconsiders their stance soon, but considering this has been fitbit's position for quite a few years (from what I've been able to read in 30 minutes of googling), I'm not going to get my hopes up.

Well stated WillPanic, I am in complete agreement. I just can’t understand FitBits complete disregard to overwhelming numbers of their customers requests. If there are over 6,000 Fitbit owners willing to take time to post about this, there are likely 10’s of thousands that would consider this type of feature for their FitBit devices to be a plus. Most would think this could only drive future sales of FitBit devices for those users also looking for a single health dashboard like Apple’s Health app.
