Graph lines off on beats per minute

Replies are disabled for this topic. Start a new one or visit our Help Center.

After the latest update, the graph lines are off on the detailed beats per minute. This is when you tap it and go to the detail screen so that you can see specific rates at specific times. For example, the line shows 74, but placing my finger on that time shows 68. It has shrunk the days graph to be in the middle of the screen but not changed the lines apparently.

iOS 12.3.1 on iPhone 7. Many, many users have noted this. Can you PLEASE fix instead of just requesting more info every time?

I have the exact same issue, Ionic, IPhone 6, software  iOS 12.4, Fitbit App is on auto-update with the last on July 23, version 3.2.

The data is correct, the chart is off.The data is correct, the chart is off.

For a baseline, Fitbit calculates RHR at 51, and the overnight low of 44 seems about right as well.  It is just your vertical axis that seems to be goofed up. If you don't want the graphed data touching the x axis, start the vertical scale a few bpm below the lowest recorded rate, don't move the whole graph up.

The latest update still does not resolve this. Here is an analogy that may help you understand how some of your users are feeling. You go to the store to buy milk. It rings up at the wrong price. You point this out.  They say “thanks, we’ll investigate.” You come back a week later, and milk is still ringing up at the same price. You find out other shoppers have reported this. You point it out again, and they say “thanks, we are investigating.”  A week later, it isn’t fixed, and you get the same response, with an added “we can’t tell you when it will be fixed, but please keep shopping.“ A week later, same thing. This goes on for several months, with more and more people pointing it out. Yet, no fix.  Question – do you still shop there? What do you think of the Customer Service at the Store?
