HR Charge is mcscrewed up

My HR Charge was not working at all when I woke up this morning.  I charged it yesterday so the battery should be ok. I plugged it in and a 1/2 charge line appeared.  I looked at these other postings and nothing suggested works.  I even tried to reset everything but that didn't work. I tried to unpair but the iPhone app says that it is "updating" and to back the blank off until it finishes! This is some big booboo screw up and I want it fixed.  What does I do? Smiley TongueSmiley Tongue
