First thing to try when a fitbit misbehaves is a restart. Here's how:

Give it a few tries as it's known to not always work.

Hi @Kellkins75, it's awesome to see you around the Community, welcome to the Fitbit family! ![]()
I noticed @SteveH advised you to perform a restart on your tracker which is an excellent recommendation. When a Fitbit tracker is blank and not charging, a restart will be very helpful. Additionally, cleaning the contacts on both your tracker and charging cable may be helpful as well.
However, if after cleaning and restarting your device a couple more times, it doesn't show anything on the screen, my best recommendation would be contacting our Support Team and let them know about the situation and all the steps you've performed so far; I'm absolutely sure they will be happy to assist you get back on track. ![]()
Give it a try and let me know the outcome!
