HR charge error 400 message

Can't get my new charge hr

Can't get my new charge hr to sync with my iPhone. Have tried all the suggestions posted. Updated iOS, rebooted phone & Fitbit, turned off Bluetooth numerous times. Still no success. Help!

@Jrparker Welcome to the Fitbit Community! To fix the 400 issue I will recommend trying any of these two troubleshooting steps my friend @DerrickS posted to fix this. It should work properly after doing that.
