My hr charge has stopped working. It has coincided with me updating the app. It won’t connect to Bluetooth despite following all the trouble shooting previously posted. When I plug it into the charger and hold the button an oblong bar shows on the screen which is half filled in. I’ve tried rebooting phone, still no joy.
