HR graph not updating resting heart rate.

The last day that my Fitbit app updated my resting HR was Wednesday. It has continued to show my daily Hr graph, but it isn’t showing my daily resting HR any more- bug that needs fixing?

I have the same issue. There is a 1 week gap from the last update and the current date. I reset the Versa and applied the latest update but the daily RHR data is listed but not displayed on the graph. How do I reset all my data and start fresh?

Hello @CanaFlora thanks for joining the conversation, have a warm welcome to the Fitbit Community.

I appreciate you have shared your experience with us. At this moment, I would like to ask you to go to the online Dashboard and check if the heart rate information is showing up correctly here. If it is, please force-quit the app and open it again. If this doesn't seem to work, log out from the app and log back in.

Now when it comes to start your data from scratch, it's currently not possible to delete the historical data form an account, so if you'd like to start fresh, my best recommendation is to create a new account with a different email address and set up your Fitbit device on this new account.

Thanks for your patience and understanding, if there's anything else we can do for your, please feel free to reply.

Hi- Online dashboard shows the same info. It stops with no new data since May 10th and yet the daily display of HR on the Iphone App displays but the value of resting heart rate hasn't changed at all in several weeks. It is the same each day.

Here are 2 Graphs. The 1st is the RHR graph on the Internet dashboard and the second is the IOS App showing that Heart Rate data is being collected daily but note the RHR is unchanged from day to day. It's as if the RHR was last computed on May 10th and has never changed since then nor has the

RHR 30 day graph been updated since May 10.RHR.JPGRHR1.jpg

Strange now that we crossed into the month of June that my Versa suddenly started computing RHR again with a new value from the one computed as the same value everyday since May 10th and the 30 Day RHR graph now has a new plot point for June RHR. So I guess the problem has corrected itself. Note that I did a factory reset yesterday and downloaded the App again and installed the latest update again so maybe that fixed it. Guess I’ll never know.

Suspect I may be seeing a version of the same problem.  See my separate post in this forum “Resting heart rate mysteriously plummets”.

It has happened since the recent iOS app update. 7867171A-CCA1-48AA-BC6D-71733356E597.png

Fitbit Versa again stopped updating the RHR graph on Iphone App as well as Dashboard. Tried reset and same condition. Graph hasn't updated in several days. What did your team find when you referred this issue to them on my earlier post? This is the 2nd time the fitbit versa exhibits this error. The BPM data and graph is being updated but the RHR graph keeps showing "No Data for this period"
