I have HR set as a focus option up top in my phone but today the number stopped showing up and changing. HR is in real time down in the app but not in focus. It had been working for weeks but stopped working today after I charged my Versa 4.
----
To clarify, number doesn't appear (HR) in Focus at top of app on phone. The blue line is moving so it is calculating HR but no number is shown at top. Number is shown as you scroll down to HR

Hello @VegasPack and welcome to the Community. Do you use an Android or iPhone? Issues like this are usually specific to one platform or the other. Also, what version of the Fitbit app do you have? Tap on your profile picture/gear icon in the upper right > Help & Support to see your app version.

@VegasPack I moved your post to the iOS forum. I haven't received 4.03 yet. I'll be looking out for this.

I have observed the same problems that you have. Updating of information on the home screen continues to worsen. Along with heart rate, the sleep field will say that it is updating and after waiting I finally click on it and go into the next screen, where the information is readily available and when I return to the home screen, it still states that the field is updating. Health metrics has taken for and maybe five hours after waking up to show results on the home screen. The information is readily available. If you click on the Health metrics tile and scroll down. In active section of the home screen tiles reverse order periodically. Active hours is slow to update and I have found while walking that the easiest way yet not totally full proof is to click on the active hours tile do a three finger scroll down and then three finger scroll up back out of the screen and then see the updated information. When The first version of 4.0 was introduced, and before many people had changed to the new version. I noted that the synchronize button on the home screen was a helpful edition and that it worked beautifully. As the number of people using the application, have increased the synchronized button Has become less useful and effective. To refresh works better, but it requires multiple times in order to get the data on the home screen to update. The best method I have found is to click on the upper left-hand corner devices/applications then click on my device And then scroll down and click on the synchronize now, button three, four or more times in order to get a complete update of the home screen. My observation is that as the number of people have increased using the 4.0 app versions. The refresh rate has become worse And partial and requires multiple synchronization to overcome the problem. I have dictated this on my iPhone and hope you will be able to understand my ramblings. I am using iOS version 4.03, an iPhone SE third generation, and my connection is 5G plus. Again it is only an observation but I believe that the number of users on the system is the issue and that improper stress testing of the application prior to introduction. Did not catch these problems.

Fitbit is aware of this issue with v 4.03. They haven't given a time frame for the fix, but Fitbit is very aware of this bug.
