My heart rate data does not update in the app until after I go log into my account on a computer first. It seems the web based system is capturing all my data but that same data is not displayed on my phone until I manually go to the web based dashboard first. Is this a bug?

I'm sorry to hear you encountered this issue when you sync your device using your mobile app. In order to resolve this issue, please update the app and try again. The newest update was released today.
