HR suddenly stopped working

I have an IPhone 6 and my HR has worked good for almost a year now. Yesterday I stopped working and the screen went black even though the battery was fully charged. After a restart it turned on again but could sync. I removed the device from the app and tried to add it again but it couldn't be recognised by the app again. I have updated to the latest app version.
What to do?

Hello @TriniAbrah welcome to the Fitbit Community! 🙂 I would like to ask if you have tried the following troubleshoot:

 

  1. Restart your tracker as advised by @AlejandraFitbit on this post
  2. Try the setup process again.
  3. Reboot your mobile device (turn it off and then back on).
  4. Try setting up your tracker again.
  5. If you have access to a computer, try setting up with your computer or another mobile device using the instructions in How do I set up my tracker?

If after this you are still having issues with your Charge HR, please contact our support team for assitance.

I managed to get the tracker to start working again after connecting it to the PC with the usb device. Thank you
