iPad and iPhone Apps not syncing

Replies are disabled for this topic. Start a new one or visit our Help Center.

I have reset the Charge HR, rebooted the iPhone, iPad and computer but it still won't sync. Turned off Bluetooth and the app did recognize that. Turned it back on and it just sits there.

Anyone have any other suggestions?

Hi @Just_Moi,

What you've described sounds like a known limitation of Bluetooth.

If you have your Charge HR Bluetooth bonded to your iPhone (which is required for features like call notifications and seeing live data in the App), then the Bluetooth bond may be preventing you from syncing to a second mobile device.

If this is the case, I'd recommend the steps mentioned here. Hope this helps you out!

I haven't changed anything and it was working fine with all three just last night. Is this something I will have to go through repeatedly? The only "notification" I have going is that it wakes me up in the morning and reminds me to start shutting down for the night (and are those really even notifications?)

Hey, @Just_Moi! Thanks for the update. Have you tried to turn off all other bluetooth devices at the moment you try to sync? Make sure you only have the one you want to sync with on. You can also try to unpair it and pair it again.

Let us know! :}
